Pet Stop® is an industry leader based on genuine pet fence system innovations.  President John Purtell founded the Invisible Fence Company® and remains committed to canine safety after 30 years.  He is the most experienced executive in the invisible fence industry he created and is pictured here with Blaine Bacher, National Sales Manager.

Pet Stop® has done the research, then and now.  They have developed the best pet containment system in the world and it is made not only in the USA, but in nearby Morgantown PA.  This allows Canine Safety Systems Owner Lawrence Grim unique access to the design of next generation technology.

The core design team at PetStop® each carried the same titles when Invisible Fence® brand was made in the USA.  Invisible Fence® brand containment systems were formerly made in Malvern PA for approximately 30 years, now manufacturing is done overseas.

But Scott Touchton, former Invisible Fence® Chief Engineer, Richard Kapolka, Former Chief Invisible Fence® Manufacturing Engineer and James Deery former Invisible Fence® Programming Engineer stayed the course.

When Invisible Fence® was purchased and manufacturing taken overseas, this created a USA manufacturing void in the containment industry readily filled by this experienced team.  They like to work together, and Pet Stop® has become their new vehicle to compete in a field they once dominated.
