On large farms and estates, one of the highest costs after the sale is wire break repairs. To keep these costs to a minimum (and reduce the risk of dogs escaping), I designed a set of special tractors for burying the loop wire 10” to 15” deep. This greatly reduces the chance for large maintenance machines, tractors, trucks and large animals from damaging the loop wire. Since we started using this tractor we have noticed that we have had only 15 wire breaks TOTAL in all the years and thousands of feet of wire buried with this machine.
